Your case is forwarded to the official and authorized institution responsible for visa submission procedures in your region (Embassy of Poland, Consulate, or VFS Global).

Our role is to coordinate communication and ensure your file is complete and ready before submission.

Full Review of Visa Requirements

Our team and the partner agency review all documents required for the visa stage, including:

- Identity documents

- Employment & education certificates

- Proof of residence / legal status

- Supporting documents required by the embassy/VFS

This ensures your file is correct, complete, and aligned with official requirements before your appointment.

Official Confirmation of Work Permit Stage

You receive confirmation that:

- Your Polish employer has completed the work-permit issuance process

- The authorized institution handling your case has cleared you to proceed to the visa stage

This confirmation is required before booking your visa appointment.

Visa Appointment Coordination

Once the 2nd Instalment is completed, our partner agency:

- Coordinates the scheduling of your visa-appointment date

- Guides you through the embassy/VFS submission process

- Provides instructions on financial, medical, and travel-related requirements (bank statement, insurance, ticket, medical check — if applicable)

All appointment bookings follow the procedures and availability of the relevant embassy or VFS office.

Complete Visa Documentation Package

After your appointment date is confirmed, you receive:

- The full set of employer-issued documents

- A complete and organized visa documentation package

- Instructions required for the submission at the embassy/VFS

This ensures you are fully prepared and confident for the final step before deployment.
