The final step before beginning your employment journey in Poland.

Once your visa has been issued by the authorized embassy, consulate, or designated external service provider, the 3rd Instalment activates your complete pre-departure preparation and coordination support, ensuring you are ready for travel.

What You Receive in the 3rd Instalment

Post-Visa Guidance & Coordination

We support you through the final stage after your Polish employment visa is issued by the official visa-handling authority in your country of residence.
Our role is to ensure you have clear instructions and a smooth transition toward your departure.

Exit Document Assistance (Philippines Only)

For candidates departing from the Philippines, our licensed recruitment partner provides guidance on securing the mandatory exit documents required for legal departure through the POEA/DMW system and airport clearance.

(Euro Venture FZ-LLC does not provide PRO, immigration, or government processing services. All exit-document procedures are handled solely by licensed entities.)

Travel Planning & Notification

Once your visa is issued, you inform our team of your intended travel date.
We coordinate with the employer and our partners to ensure all remaining steps are properly aligned and your arrival is expected.

Complete Pre-Departure Guidance Packet

You receive:

- Essential travel instructions

- A checklist of what to prepare before flying

- Practical guidance on arrival procedures

- Contact details of the designated representative who will meet you or support you upon arrival in Poland

This ensures that you travel fully prepared, confident, and with a clear plan.

Flexible Payment Option

The 3rd Instalment may be settled through salary deduction upon arrival in Poland, provided that:

- The 1st Instalment was paid within 15–30 days of receiving the contract

- The 2nd Instalment was paid (AED 3,500 / equivalent) within 30 days of receiving the Work Permit Coverage Form
