Documentation Process

Our documentation process is designed to guide clients step by step, ensuring a seamless journey toward securing employment opportunities. We divide the process into three distinct stages to keep everything clear and manageable.

Initial Payment and Profiling Payment Confirmation

Upon receiving the initial payment, we provide the client with a signed contract that outlines the terms of collaboration, detailing how we will assist them throughout the process.
Profiling:

Our professional profiler evaluates the client’s documents, including their CV and an interview, to identify the position for which they are most likely to obtain a work visa.
Following the profiling session, the client receives:

  • A profiling confirmation document.
  • A Polish version of their CV, tailored for potential employers.
  • At this stage, the Job Offer Letter from a Polish employer and the Work Permit application are prepared and submitted.

Work Permit and Embassy Application PreparationWork Permit Issuance

Once the work permit is approved, we notify the client and, after payment, provide a copy of the work permit for their records.
